We're an India-based, remote-first team. Team members work from Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune. Our infrastructure and data processing all happen within Indian data centres regardless of where team members live.
Yes. Both co-founders are hands-on and regularly talk with customers — especially during onboarding for high-volume or enterprise clients. If you need to escalate something, mention it in your enquiry and we'll route it appropriately.
